Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. So to clarify, by turning off iCloud Music Library, you'll still need to restore your original media copies to your PC before syncing to any devices. It doesn't really matter why that hasn't moved over though, because if you want to sync content manually you'll need to turn iCloud Music Library off. ![]() If iCloud Music Library isn't syncing everything over to your iPhone, it's either not been given enough time, iCloud Music Library isn't enabled on the iPhone, or you may have Low Power Mode on that could be blocking the sync operation. I do not stream music on my phone I have a soundcard with a library of over 10K songs (I was a record collector for 30 years, lol).
